Medical Collector/Customer Service
Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking a Medical Collector/Customer Service representative for a position in Harrisburg, PA.
As a Medical Collector/Customer Service Representative duties will include:
-Printing and mailing daily patient invoices, collection letters and monthly statements
-Handling phone calls from patients regarding their bills
-Initial information calls to patients explaining billing and follow up calls to patients on past due accounts
-Determining and writing off hardship patients
-Setting up recurring credit card payments and payment plans
-Reviewing accounts monthly for recommending past due patients to outsource collection agency
-Calling and tracking quality insurance/patient satisfaction calls
Qualified candidates must have medical collections/billing experience.
