Fund Accountant
Responsibilities of Position
- Monitoring of cash
- Monitoring of dividends
- Processing of corporate actions
- Working closely with Investment Management
- Working with various third party vendors, such as custodians, brokers and auditors
- Daily problem resolution
- Reviewing and updating procedures and job descriptions
- Project work as assigned
Required Skills for Fund Accountant Job:
- ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE DEGREE
- 2-5 YEARS PORTFOLIO ACCOUNTING
- ABILITY TO MANANGE VARIOUS TASKS AND MEET DEADLINES
- MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
- ABILITY TO COMPLETE THE WORKLOAD IN AN ACCURATE AND TIMELY M
- PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
