Client Services Specialist
Our client, a well established insurance company on the Westside of Cleveland is seeking a Client Services Specialist. The company specializes in offering high net worth clientele personalized, solution-based insurance policies. The Client Service Specialist will be an integral part of the organization as they will be the main point of contact between clients and advisors.
The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly motivated, be an analytical thinker, and possess a great student mentality. We are seeking candidates who have drive and someone who is looking for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree (business oriented preferred such as Finance, Economics, etc.)
-High attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and take on several new challenges
- 5-10 years experience
-Insurance or Financial licenses preferred (Ohio Life)
The selected candidate will be responsible for communication between current/future clients and advisors through phone contact, sending letters/memos/emails.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for understanding various types of life insurance products (similarities, differences, characteristics of each type).
Other job duties will include:
-Performing research for an insurance portfolio's history
-Obtaining basic policy values
-Formulate meaningful conclusions about an insurance portfolio's or policy's performance from data obtained through research
-Researching of a carrier's current financial strength
-Confirming monthly/quarterly/yearly premium payments are on time
-Several other duties as well.
The selected candidate will have a great attitude and is looking for a career, not a job, where he/she will stay until the job is done and not put off until tomorrow what needs to be done today.
