Senior Analyst
Description:
Global responsibility in a client-facing role within an expanding division of this premiere financial institution. Newly created role is responsible for productivity analyses, process re-engineering, and technology adoption
- Serve as a critical component of the client on-boarding process. Establish expectations, workflow, and effective relationships
- Team with sales and regional management to attract prospective clients and manage related client workflow. Conduct demonstrations for clients and management
- Critically assess current practices and suggest operational changes or systems developments necessary to improve efficiency in the business
- Member of an analytical team responsible for assessing business metrics. Identify development needs including specification, and prioritization.
- Assist in related administration and management which includes addressing technology and operational needs, identification, testing, implementation and training, ensuring workflows are fully adopted.
- Prepare financial and efficiency analyses
Education and experience:
- BS Accounting, Finance or Systems
- 3 to 10 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration
- FAS 157 required
- Strong product knowledge required
- Project management experience required
- MBA, CPA a plus
