Accounting Policy Manager Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Update, maintain, establish and train on accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform technical research on new pronouncements and assist with their implementation. Assist with the preparation of SEC filings
- Provide support to internal and external auditors
- Lead SOX Compliance

Qualifications:
- BS Accounting
- CPA
- 7-10 years of experience in Accounting Policy, External Reporting, SOX
- Strong Knowledge of US GAAP & FASB
