Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Balance Sheet account analysis and bank reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of a Controllers Report
- Monthly P&L Trend Analysis
- Monthly P&L Commentary
- Variance analysis
- Assist with the operational integration of acquired companies.
- Assist in fielding operational inquiries received daily from the field
- Provide Operational Support with respect to the P-Card (US)
- Provide Operational Support with respect to the American Express Corporate card
- Sales and Use Tax review and Return Prep
- Review Accounts Payable coding (in Aspen 360 system)
- Accounts payable pay cycle preparation
- Monthly Immigration Department Check Audit
- Recording certain journal entries each month
Requirements:
- 2+ Years Experience
- CPA Preferred
- General Ledger Experience
- Excellent Communication
Required Skills for Senior Accountant Job:
- CPA PREFERRED
- MINUMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
