Corporate Payroll Manager
CORPORATE PAYROLL MANAGER ($90K - $125K)
Our large media client has an immediate position open in their Corporate Payroll Department. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the management of a large and diverse multi-state Payroll operation (3,000 plus employees).
Requirements include:
- 5+ years large company multi-state payroll environment experience (3,000+ employees)
- 2-3 years payroll department supervisory experience (3 direct reports)
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing third party payroll vendor relationships
- Full life cycle Implementation/Upgrade Payroll Consulting experience is desired
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for operating in a Shared Services model, the payroll processes within the PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System
Directly manage the weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll activities
Manage and direct Payroll support team
Develop and maintain strong working relationships amongst our 3rd party vendors dedicated to our Payroll and Human Resource processing needs
Meet processing service level agreements for all corporate subsidiaries who utilize PeopleSoft NA Payroll

- 2-3 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
