Collections Representative
Currently seeking an individual for a Collections position for our client in Vernon Hills, IL.
The position is a long-term contract position and is paying $14/hour. Looking for a candidate that can ensure their customers remit payment in a timely manner and maintain the accounts receivable aging reports.
Responsibilities Include:
-Collect on open accounts receivable balances by making soft collection calls and writing collection letters
-Investigate and resolve receivable discrepancies on customer accounts
-Dealing with refund generation, adjustments, credit memo requests, and requests for bad debt write offs
-Handling collections for an assigned territory and maintaining those specific accounts
Qualifications Include:
-At least 2 YEARS of Commercial Collections experience
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Good analytical and communication skills required
