Billing Clerk
Our Client, Aerospace Manufacturer located in Valencia, has an immediate need for a Billing Clerk.
Major Job duties include:
- Developing and managing the billing and Customer Service Functions. - This is a very high volume billing position and you must be able to average 200 invoices daily - Interacts with outside sources involving credit, customer applications and billing issues. - Providing Customer Service - Strong team building, coaching and leadership skills. - Data entry
Job requirements and qualifications:
- MUST have 2 years or more experience in Billing - Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish) - Knowledgeable on MS office - Must have Manufacturing Accounts Receivable Experience - Knowledgeable in JD Edwards is a plus as well
The hours are Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (40 hrs a week).
